Order processing and shipping are among the most common questions. Orders are typically processed and shipped within a standard timeframe after payment confirmation. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. Domestic orders arrive within an estimated delivery window after shipment, while international orders vary based on location and customs processing. Tracking information is provided once available.
International customers often ask about customs duties and taxes. Any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
